The strong alcohol map is so rich. It includes both popular and prominent Scottish, French, Italian brands, as well as drinks from local distilleries in Israel, Finland, Germany, Hungary and other countries.

As for the menu from Grigory Chunikhin, it is restrained and rather complements the concept of the bar. Snacks for drinks are not large portions, but they, as before, have a lot of bright flavors and sauces, vegetables, cheese, nuts, oriental spices and, of course, a unique aesthetics. A special charm is the serving: each meal is awarded with the vintage dishes brought from Jaffa.
The concept of the bar is built around Middle Eastern motifs. Each drink from the team of the chef-bartender Yaroslav Kindzersky contains notes of various herbs and spices, fruits and customs. For example, in the “Miriam” cocktail, black cumin is ideally combined with bright fruit and berry flavors, in “Ilan” - tequila with mezcal (the boom of the last six months!) and with plum cordial and cardamom, the author’s interpretation of the liqueur "Tubi 60" — "Ester" is vodka, complemented by a mix of citrus fruits, spices and herbs, cordial lumi and dry tonic with a slight bitterness. By the way, many of Ester's bar blends are based on classics — as a tribute to the previous generations of the bartenders.
